More beautiful Autumn photos, perhaps we should have a photographic competition on the most beautiful photos that runners take when they are out for a run. 🏃🏾, nevertheless, I think it won't be long before the trees are covered in the white stuff and all the Autumn leaves are gone.

didn't go there for a run specifically, but did a very short run although wasn't in running kit..

I have noticed the trees and colours a lot more this year than previous I think . I was thinking driving to work I wonder if running (or any out door sports ) help to do this... as maybe you become more aware of the changes in the seasons ?

Maybe, our lives can be so fast paced that the finer things in life can get missed, I think getting out running makes us more aware of our surroundings..
