When I ran the Bournemouth 10K I had a blister under the arch of my foot so decided it was time to get a gait analysis. And so here they are, my first ever pair of running shoes!! Cant wait to try them out tomorrow and see how they improve my snail pace ππββοΈππββοΈ

Congratulations on getting those lovely new proper running shoes after your gait analysis, can't guarantee that they will make you run faster, perhaps they will improve what you call "your small pace" but certainly you will be much comfortable running in them. π ππΎ
Sounds like a plan. I had a damp run this morning and ran through a puddle I hadnt seen - oops wet right foot, 5 minutes later - yay, balanced feet again, left foot puddle. Luckily no mud πββοΈ
I have Sauconyβs. My feet pronate and they correct this. Just be warned that your feet may ache after the first run, but persevere. I was quite worried that I made a bad choice, but the second run was fab. They are very comfortable. Enjoy!
