Congratulations Kev, you are amazing, not just getting a PB, but rather unique in every 5K run you have ran, whether a Parkrun or just on your own you have always run a little faster, hence the PB every time you run, not long before you run a sub 25 minute 5K, as for me, it wasn't so much my running time, but Dunfermline had it's 200th Parkrun this morning, all the runners were given, not a piece of cake but a chocolate sweet. 😊

Thank you I think running at a running club has improved my time last 4weeks this week is my 4th week at the club and I’m loving it I started in the improvers group then got moved up to intermediate Monday I’m in the advanced group 😉👍
