Hi all, graduated C25K yesterday, have paid my entry for a 5K in Nottingham on December 1st,so need to keep going.
My running speed is less than 10kph, so I've not run 5k yet. I think I did 4.2km for W9R3 yesterday evening. Pictured is the exercise I've become more used to since joining Slimming World in June 2016. Approx 3 1\2 stone lost since then, but it has stalled for the last 18 months. This week, it was confirmed that I have an under-active thyroid, and I started treatment on Wednesday.

Good luck for your 5K run on December 1st and congratulations on completing C25K and graduating 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
To get your graduation 🎓 badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Hmm, I did that in the C25K group on Friday and saw Graduate next to my name the next time I posted. I presumed it wouldn’t show in a different area of the forum though.
If you are a graduate of C25K the word graduate WILL appear next to your username on the C25K forum but NOT on the Bridge to 10K part, unless you have graduated to Graduate10 by running a 10K, this morning I was at a parkrun and a lady asked me if I had ever ran a 10K, I said that I have ran 3/10Ks, I am thinking of running my 4th 10K next Wednesday.
Great that you have a 5K lined up and even better that you are about to start underactive thyroid treatment. The results of correct meds will be amazing. I was diagnosed 11 years ago, pop a pill every day and forget it. I missed a few days earlier in year and went from being a hare to a tortoise until I worked out I'd forgotten my meds. Keep then somewhere you will see them first thing every morning. Good luck
