Ok confession. I'm a maths graduate who cant divide 5.5k by 2 to give correct turn around point. Si today was my 5k run. Ran trying to keep HR in lower zone - still needs some work. Glorious run along waterfront in Dundee. Last time I ran here was c25kw9r2 seems like a lifetime ago but it was 1st Oct. Looking forward to 5.5k on Saturday so still no park run. Happy running everyone

Well done! You got there and did one of the runs :) doesn't matter that it was the wrong one, it's done!

Nice job. I never worry about the maths, my tracker tells me when I’m half way, often a mile or two after I want it to 🤣

Haha...I used to do mental maths on my treadmill to pass the time. My personal problem is turning around...I'm ok if I can do a loop but just changing direction to head home seems to be mentally challenging to me 😒

Hope you didn't try turning round on the treadmill 😉 back on home turf tomorrow so just loops round university campus - even I can cope with that. Only have to concentrate on running slow as looking at stats yesterday I was still doing my race speed for 1st 3km

I don't have "race speed"...it's all slow : )

By race speed I mean HR through the roof, I've changed the intervals on my garmin so I look like i do more in zone 4 than 5. Recovery really fast but these big red bands still freak me out
