Hi, I started my C25K in May and graduated in July. I've been running three times a week each around 5k but would like ti know how to progress to 10k. Any advice/plans really appreciated. I'm in Fuerteventura so there are no Park runs and it's only me🙏🙏

There’s a great plan. This was for a group who started recently. If you’re looking for a virtual running group to run it with, November 9th will hopefully be the next start date. If not, it can be done at any time of course.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi Michelle I’m starting Ju Ju’s magic running plan tomorrow - takes you to 10k or 60 mins. There are 4 of us who have formed a mini group if you read down a few posts you’ll find us.

Hi, thanks so much for the reply. I will join you with the plan. I ran 5k today so I will start on Wednesday's run with you. I'm really nervous about getting to 10k but I really want to do it. It will help knowing I have other runners with me.

Another one for our mini-group!!! That's great, I'll be starting tomorrow and due to my work schedule, I'm going straight for the long run on Mondays... A bit nervous but great to know now I'm following the plan with my virtual running buddies :)

Hi Could you explain what is Ju Ju’s Magic Running Plan. I’d like to give it ago. Can’t start until Friday. I’ve got stuck. Finished C25K in August been running 3 times a week slowly more of a jog! Been ill for last five weeks and only run a couple of times and it exhausted me. Need to get back into it, improve my speed and get to 10k. Any advice very gratefully received.

Hi, just spotted your post. You will see the info about the magic running plan at the top right of your screen or very bottom of all the posts depending on your device. Anyone can work through it at any time. There are a group of us at the start of this journey who are going to cheer eachother on. We have no more knowledge of it than you. Happy to cheer along with you. I think there was a separate post saying the administrators were starting a "supported" group on about 9th November

I’m in there too. Plan for me is the long run tomorrow and I feel a bit nervous about it too. But the alarm is set and I’ll take it as it comes. Good luck everyone!

Hi Michelle, you’re in the right place! Congrats on completing c25k and good on you for keeping up the running! I’ve just completed the Juju Magic plan and it’s been a wonderful journey of 8 weeks that just flew by. Definitely consider the Juju plan, it’s really fun as it introduces a mix of runs each week and I enjoyed finding new routes and exploring more around me. There is heaps of resource material and support around the Juju plan so I hope you will take a peek at it and think about starting.

I started with the August group, but there’s nothing to say you can’t start now on your own xx

I wish you all the best, reaching 10k is so magic! X
