I just wanted to celebrate a success and tell everyone that if I can do it so can you! I started C25K in January, graduated and immediately signed up to the Royal Parks half marathon. I started to regret that moment of madness over summer when I was having to run early in the morning to avoid as much of the heat as possible. However, I did it! I finished in 2 hours 18 minutes which isn't super fast but I never stopped or walked and I feel quite proud of myself. I have never been sporty- can't hit a ball to save my life, always got chosen last for teams because of my lack of coordination (I have dyspraxia but only diagnosed at age 48!) and never thought of myself as a runner but maybe now, I am. So, all those doubting themselves, go for it, you can do it!
I did it!! C221k!: I just wanted to celebrate... - Bridge to 10K
I did it!! C221k!
Massive congratulation! What a fantastic achievement, you should be very proud
Congratulations, you should be very proud of yourself and I am sure you are, good time as well, worth all that training you did during the summer, now go and celebrate 🎉 your great achievement.
Congratulations, great time and a superb achievement in just under 10 months. 26.2 calling???

Brilliant you must be delighted
Wooohoooo!!
That's fantastic 😊 👍🏅 and since January too. Well done u. Excellent achievement. Great time too.
Hope u enjoyed it. 😊
Huge congratulations. That’s a massive achievement and an huge inspiration to us all trying to improve from the C25K. I graduated mid July and am now doing JuJu’s magic plan and I’m on 8K. Can’t wait to get to the 10K. My husband keeps asking when I’m going to do a half marathon. Maybe one day, maybe my 57th birthday. 😃
Wow, that’s fantastic. Just think how different things are now from that first C25K run a mere 10 months ago. Very well done and there’s no stopping you now!
And from where I stand, with undiagnosed dyspraxia, 2 hr 18 min looks like Super Hero speed! I do 10k in 93 min
What an inspiration you are
from 5k to 21! That's fantastic, you should be very proud
Brilliant! Well done!
