Hi all! I’m looking for some running plan advice from a more seasoned runner than myself!
My brother and I have signed ourselves up for the London Landmarks half marathon in March 2020! I currently run a comfortable 5k at a decent pace, but I’ve not really pushed myself further as I have lacked the motivation and goal. Now I certainly have that!! 😂
What sort of plan could I follow that will help me increase my distance in prep for the half marathon?? Your advice is so appreciated. Thanks in advance x

Is there a bridge to 10k app you could follow?
There is a marathon forum on here that you could join.
The 10k plan here will get you to the half way, and you’d still have plenty of time to get to HM with slow & steady run lengthening by March. You can do this, and it’ll be easier that C25K! Enjoy the journey
