Well it wasn’t my pb, but it is a good effort. Still came 3rd in my age group. Will I ever catch those other two mature ladies. I wear a stripy top and was called stripy lady by one of the volunteers. I could buy new kit, but I like my distinctive outfit. I can run now for 45 mins and probably more. I made the mistake today of over taking and running a bit faster twice, I think I interrupted my rhythm. So 24 seconds off my pb. Training running hills is definitely helping. I hope to settle into a bit of other training, but just getting 3 runs in takes some planning. I went over an old course and remembered not so long ago that 1 minuet was so difficult.
Just love what I have achieved.

Congratulations on completing your 10th parkrun, you know what I am thinking of doing when I comple my 10th parkrun, buying one of those bright T shirts with the name of the home parkrun on it., you could consider it too.
Congratulations and well done. I missed parkrun this week and will also miss next weekend due to family get togethers. It’s amazing how you really miss parkrun when you get used to them every weekend. Keep running and you’ll soon catch those two other ladies.
