Wonderful Saturday

Great to see so many VRBs at Lyme this morning... loved every minute of it with the possible exception of the over complicated butty ordering just after the run. Can’t wait for the next meetup.

Off to the gym on the way home and my legs were feeling great as I got on the treadmill for a few more miles. I was amazed how they didn’t complain and I had a thoroughly enjoyable run, followed by a mile of cooldown walk.

Next Saturday is gonna seem quiet!

Didn’t have a compatible run on my plan for parkrun, but wasn’t gonna miss it. Next week it will no doubt serve me up a couple of three milers.

I crashed out for the afternoon but went out dancing last night. Not quite up to your efforts. Just finished a 4k to complete week 6 of the 10k plan. Felt Lyme in my muscles as I trudged round.

Yeah... ordered 2 butties... took at least 5 minutes of screen tapping on the other side of the counter... they took my £9 and then when they came one was wrong, and what’s more they couldn’t have cared less!
