Well that explains it! Dog walking in the fresh sea air last night my daughter mentioned that she's still tired from her cold and her legs still ache and wondered if she'd had COVID. So just out of interest this morning, and because this colds going on a bit I tested this morning and it was positive, so time to stay put and do nothing for a while

Oh hope you feel better soon that was exactly NOT what you need. Have just slept my way through a bout of covid myself. Back to work yesterday but am really desperate for my energy levels to return so that I can run again .
