Never thought I would do it!

I ran 11k yesterday and amazed myself. I’m actually beginning to believe I can run and might even stop saying “I’m very slow”. I’m settling into enjoying each run as they happen and we’ll see where the journey takes me. Exciting!!

Thank you JoJo. The sun was shining, the views were lovely and I felt good. Running has given me a whole new focus in life and I am loving it.

Some days all your ducks are in a row and that was one of those days 😊 I ran my first 10K just over a week ago in 1hr 6mins and 44secs and I was really pleased with that. We’re all winners for getting out there and exercising. Happy days 👍🏻
