That was the 10K, got a fast electric train home and I am now watching the Half Marathon on television.

Do you think you would attempt it next year AlMorr if you keep up doing 10k. Also while at parkrun yesterday got talking to a lady at the finish line and she was from Cumbernauld 😊

Yes I'll think about that, there are four, the local Cumbernauld 10K, the Great Scottish 10K /HM, then in December the Cumbernauld Santa 5K dash and the Glasgow Santa 5K dash. I have so far not taken part in a pay to enter 5K or 10K event run, although I might run the Cumbernauld Santa one, I think running parkruns which as you know I love are much more suitable for me. 😊 🏃

It's all over now Pinkypimkie, I understand that there were 10,000 running the 10K and even more running the Half Marathon, I left the route after the last 10K runner passed, got tthe train home and watched the HM on the TV, of the 10,000 running the 10K I only saw two Vitality 5K Parkrun T shirts and no C25K shirts.

Lovely. Did you as well??? I'm on target to 1 hour running... My kidneys are suffering, managed up to 7.5km....for 58minutes...

I did NOT run at the Great Scottish Run 10K this morning Pinkypimkie, I was a spectator at the 10K, rushed home on a fast electric train and watched the start to finish of the Half marathon on the television. 😊 🏃
