...except when I’m doing Redcar half marathon tomorrow in torrential rain and gale force winds. Still it’s better than running in a heatwave I guess! Anyone else running tomorrow?

Actually I don’t mind rainy running. Could be a tad extreme though 🤣

Tomorrow is also the day of the Great Scottish Run which are a 10K and a Half Marathon, I am going to Glasgow which is 12 miles from where I live to cheer on the runners in the 10K, then getting a fast electric train home and watching the half marathon on the TV.

I'll be attempting 26 miles (ish) on the South Downs Way tomorrow with my club 😳

We've leaving on a minibus at 730am and will apparently be back at about 6pm. The weather forecast is absolutely appalling!

Apparently the bus meets us every 5-6 miles and there is the option to do as much or as little of the route as you wish. I may decide to spend most of it on the bus eating my snacks 🤣
