First run since Wolfun 8 days ago. Hamstring has been niggling so I rested for a week and went out this morning for half an hour. It all felt out of kilter, can’t explain. But anyway, I did 30 mins so am pleased with that. Hamstring wasn’t keen on hills but actually seemed to ease as I ran and I’ve gently stretched it out and it feels lots better. Fingers crossed 😀🤞🏻

Oh, I missed your report on the Wolfrun madmother, will take a look!

I bet you needed a rest after that, I took a look at the website and it looks like a pretty tough event...💪

Love your before and after photos.

Glad your run today went well after your recovery week. Don't forget to request your Graduate10 badge, you earned it.

😊xx

Thank you! I can’t seem to find the graduate thing? I use my phone so not sure if that’s why? I can’t see if my C25k graduate thing is there either! 🙈

Ha, there is a Graduate10 badge on this Bridge to 10k forum Madmother😊.

The badges on the c25k forum and the Bridge to 10k forums only show up when you are logged onto the Healthunlocked site, they don't show up on the app. You don't have your Graduate10 badge, if you would like it, you ask on that link.

When logged on everyone can see each others badges.

Happy running 😊xxx
