Second run of the week not feeling guilty by shortness of run or time but just getting out and it’s a beautiful morning, 4K across the frosty fields🥶

This year I really wanted to start back doing 10k regularly but with a diagnosis that has caused me to stop in my tracks it hasn’t worked out that way ….yet. My type 2 is getting under control after seeing the nurse back in January , diet changed and energy getting back so I have just decided to take the small wins and just enjoy the run.

Hope everyone enjoys some sunshine today and looks for the glimmers of hope 💚

That's a beautiful place for a run! 4k closer to your 10k goal, you'll get there :)

Yes sometimes it’s a push to get up and out but once I’m out I don’t want to come back !! 😍

That run sounds perfect. Gorgeous photo. It’s hard when you get a curve ball like a diagnosis or an injury. You’ll get there. Time and patience. You’ve got lots of people rooting for you here!

Well done on getting out there on that beautiful cold morning. I’m just back from a similar run and I find it so exhilarating. 🤞that your health will settle soon and you can enjoy your spring and summer runs

That looks beautiful - not surprised you didn’t want it to end. Hope your health improves but a positive mind always helps. 7 weeks and it will be shorts to run weather 🤣

what a lovely photo, I envy you your field running. Living in a town, all I have is pavement although I am lucky to have a lot of pathways away from roads.
