Out at 6 this morning to give my legs a stretch it felt so good after the frustration of leftkneeniggles! Anyway I've given myself a talking to about working on knee and hip exercises regularly to keep me in motion πββοΈ
I ran for 30 minutes and completed 3.5k so I'm happy with that π Back home I've drawn a version of the 60 minute plan based on 2 runs a week over 12 weeks. So now I'm organised I've got no excuses π
I really enjoyed my walk back home it was along a route I've walked for years with various dogs. Hope you like this view, I'm a bit of a ducker for silhouettes.
Happy running everyone

Beautiful photo and another lovely run under your belt! Glad you're going to start the Magic Plan - I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Your 5k will likely get faster along the way as mine did.
I've spent time at the weekend reading Don't Stop Me Now, there's a bit where a Sports Injury Doctor discusses the likelihood of injuries while running. He groups them into risk categories and I was most definitely in the red group! So it's slowly slowly now π
Lovely photo and well done on this morning's run and your adjusted plan. I hope you have many happy runs and find lovely routes to increase your distance along. Happy running π€
Thanks jorgeRuns, the plants are Rosebay Willowherb, considered a weed but rather pretty and great for insects.
Gorgeous photo, again! I see your posts and then have photo goals π·!!
I am so pleased that you have modified the Magic Plan to work for you. I'm all in favour of tweeking things to suit, it means you are more likely to reach you goal. ππ·
Glad you liked the photos, at first I was a trying to get a photo of the flowers but obviously as it was so bright it was a silhouette. Yes I'm glad I made the effort to make tweek the plan. It's stuck up in the kitchen π
