Big, epic orchestral scores that make me think I'm starring in my own movie 💪💪💪

Yeah baby! Got any Quo? Yes, as it happens 😁. I run to the very un PC “The Oriental”. It fairly bats along. Oh, and Caroline 💪👍🏃‍♀️

I like Zepp, Black Sabbath, The Who (Baba O’Riley).

I was listening to Billie Holiday and Bobby Darrin this Mornin. As well as zep, The Who and Quo 😁. Quo got me up a git of a muddy slope. I followed the beat, not the tempo 💪😃

Yeah😁. Freddie's been with me every step of the way during C25K. Have tried other music for a change but always come back to Queen.🤗😍

I listen to all sorts depending on my mood; have music, will run 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

I have some modern dance tunes combined with some 80s tracks. Uplifting tunes some of which have a beat which I can run to when getting tired x

Slayer, Slipknot and sometimes if I want it quiet I go with some Maiden!

I do like to run with my punk mashup playlist, it’s fairly aggressive... and gets the blood pumping first thing in the morning 😁⚡️

It depends on your taste of music and age, if you are an oldie like me I have "Retro Runners-Birthday Number ones" by Jancanrun, or could have some heavy/death metal music like Nice, Morbid Angel, Iron Maiden etc, on the other hand, you might like running to Mozart Symphony No. 40, his most popular symphony.

Billy idol, madness, ABBA, the greatest showman, imagine dragons... urm... a bit a lots really!

I forgot that I’d switched to Christmas playlist the previous day so when I ran along the prom yesterday it wasn’t my running playlist but winter song, driving home for Christmas etc. It made me smile all through the 6k. I also like desert island discs.

This week I have been mostly listening to Mezzoforte – jazz funk. I tried a 180 bpm running playlist but some of the 'on speed' versions of classic songs were too painful to bear! :)

I'm an old 70s girl, so love running to Tom Petty, Steve Miller Band, Bad Company, Faces, Roxy Music, David Bowie, T-Rex, Dire Straits, Paul Simon. My playlist also includes a mix of tracks from James Bay, Beyonce & Dixy Chicks (Daddy Lessons), Bryan Adams, Clean Bandit, Prince & the Revolution, Talking Heads, The Communards (Don't Leave Me This Way) and The Temperance Movement amongst others - just stuff I like. I don't try to run in time with the tempo - just enjoy 'my time' listening to music that I don't otherwise get to hear.
