Great morning, brilliantly organised 10K, 80 years to the day since the start of World War II.

I think a certain Floss was there too!😉

Middlesbrough 10k - my most local run so I’m obliged to do it. It’s around my neighbourhood. It’s busy 2-3000 runners. But the medal and tshirt are practically exactly the same as the local 5k run in July. Annoying.

Aww that’s a shame! I’ve got family up in Middlesbrough, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, so might come up and do that next year!
