After reading all the responses to Stephen_UK post yesterday, I paid particular attention to my thoughts while running today. It’s been a tricky few months and it’s not over yet, running has really helped me stay mentally calm and given me head space and me time. But today I made myself really think about how I’m really feeling and became really emotional! Never cried and run before but I feel calmer now!

You're not alone, I have shed many at tear out running, it's a great way to let it all go and breathe in the fresh air and wash it mentally out.
