4K with my little lady

Last run nearly two weeks ago, a 13k, and then life just went bang! No time for anything for me at all. Not even Halloween with my daughter.

Today I was all ready for a lazy evening and jumped in the bath to get ready for bed. Got out the bath and decided it would be really good to get out for a run. So I did,and I got MiniNoodle to come out with me. It’s so good to have quality time together.

Really missed running. That’s it.

Brilliant HappyNoodle! It’s great to read you’ve managed to get out. Last month my running took a downturn too, but yesterday I got out there again and ran being chased by zombies 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♂️ , which my two teenagers thought hilarious! It worked however and Mymojo, as I call my motivation, has returned. I’m sure your MiniNoodle is a great motivator for you 😊.
