Persuaded by my son to enter the Tillicoultry 10k race. My first proper chip timed outing. Very chuffed having started C25K 18 months ago to finish in 59:20. Nice flat course helped; normally a 10k means at least 160m of ascent on my local trails. The programme has worked well for me ๐
