Park run no PB 🏁🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

I had another great run at park run today but my PB stays at 31:40 today 31:49 not that much and I enjoyed it I’ve managed to beat Colton he does it around 33min I’ve beat him now 2 times he is 74. David 73 does it under 30min I was with him for the first lap then he lost me 😂 he is fast for an oap and spike 73 he also is fast 26mins no chance I have with him these guys would put some youngsters to shame 😉 and good on them and happy running guys 😉

Thank so much Debston no spike started bike riding at 17 and fell running he loves so started very young that’s why he is so fit and fast absolutely fantastic they are 😉🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️👍
