Hope the weather is nice for tomorrow got the Asda foundation 10k run in burnley

This will be my 4th medal 2x5k medals and 2 10k medals just to think I could not run this time last year but thanks to c25k and ALL the fantastic advice from everyone on here which everyone should listen to because it really does help so if you are just starting you running journey good luck and thank you everyone

Brilliant paul1960 ...good luck with your 10k..I'm absolutely sure you will nail it, especially when theres bling involved!!! ...that is a great photo!!

Def not...I'm doing a virtual run every month this year so I will have loads by the end of the year! Wont try running with them all on though?!!
