I have just this week completed C25k and want to do more for my general fitness. Is the bridge to 10k a plan like the C25k? I was browsing a few days ago and think I saw a guide for aiming towards 10k but now I can’t find it! I did mention operator failure on my part in a post the other day; still relevant! 🙄

Hi.. first of all consolidation.... lots of runs... 30 minute ones and shorter and longer... and new routes too... the new running legs need to practice a bit more.. then the Magic 10 plan is here... currently on Week 5... but you could join in on the next round
