Last year I went through the C25K program on the Camel Trail in North Cornwall. Flat, well drained and no cars - ideal.
As I struggled along like a partially destroyed insect I would watch the gazelles stride off from Wadebridge to Padstow.
I’ll never do that, I thought.
Well, today I did. At 8.35km not the longest run I’ve done, but a huge milestone for me.
What’s the next impossible thing? There and back?
