I was too tired to run on Sunday and my alarm went off this morning at 5am and there was no way on this earth that I could have gotten out of bed.
I believe I am having an allergic reaction to the insect bite because I am exhausted. The bite is much better thzn it was but it has truly engaged my immune system lol.
If you're running in parks ir grassy areas please remember insect repellant !

That looks nasty! 😳 If it's not the local kittens trying to sabotage your run, it's the insects. It's almost Hitchcockian, at least the birds are leaving you alone... for now. 🦉
I did think of Lyme disease (if that's what you're thinking of), but there is only one and it wasn't "target like" all the time, it was big and red, the target is what is left after it gradually "dissolved"
I was thinking tick bite..not really Lyme disease..it was just that you mentioned your tiredness..I wondered if a course of antibiotics might be useful..? I know how I felt with my infected horsefly bite...xx
I did think of tick with the tiredness but it started off like I had been burnt with blisters, not like a tick bite, no black spot. I checked with doctor google and it looked like a spider bite which I didn't worry about until it didn't die down but got worse for a few days. I put tiger balm (red) on it which got rid of the redness and soreness and now it's disappearing slowly.
That looks horrid if you haven’t already it might be worth showing to pharmacist at local chemist they would have something to calm it down a bit or doctor as it sounds like it’s affecting more than just the bite site
