Went out to do 3k and ended up doing 7!!! 😁

It’s been too hot for me to even try but this morning it was cooler so I ventured out to “just do 3k”. And, although I had to keep the pace down as it was warmer once I got going, I ended up enjoying my run so much that I kept going for 7k. There were several other runners about going in the opposite direction “hello” “hi” “ good morning “ which was lovely and a few dog walkers ( also friendly) and the birds were singing and hopping about in the bushes, the hedgerows are bursting with flowers - loads and loads of blackberry flowers - can’t wait for the fruit to form!! And a little bunny rabbit trotted across in front of me and into the bushes in the other side

I got to the bit I was going to turn round at and was enjoying it so much I just kept going. And today was one of the best runs I have had in weeks. Not the fastest but one I enjoyed the most. Glad I went 😁
