No Park Run today, as on shift, but forgot to post my only run this week on Thursday which was a long steady run. I wanted to beat my longest run of 45 mins and 4.1 miles and thought I could get to 7.5k in about 50 mins so that was my target. As you can see from the screenshot I got there 7.5k covered in just under 51 mins so have reached the crown of the bridge.
Should be able to do 3 runs next week, so a quick 5K on Monday, going for 5miles on Thursday and Park Run Saturday, for which I will be christening my newly arrived Park Run TShirt.
