Race for life, Crawley

I haven’t posted on here for ages, but I’m still running although only about once a week. Yesterday was special though as I ran the 5k race for life, with my daughter. It was great and despite some muddy paths and a few inclines, I was pleased with my pace of 7.29. My daughter wants us to try the 10k next year 😂🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
