You know that feeling when you get a hole in your sock or a stray fibre twists around your big toe? (Bear with me...)
Well I get the same garrotting sensation when I run more than 10k.
So I un-shoe, check for stray threads and flex my toes and all is good for a while longer.
Any idea what is causing the weird sensation? It’s only one foot, not painful, no swelling or marks and doesn’t linger...
