I graduated back in December, since then I’ve been running 3 times a week building on times and distance. All my running up until recently has been on a treadmill but I’ve made the transition outside and I’m enjoying that, especially as I can use Strava to track my runs.
I did a 6k last week and was pleased with the results so decided to try and get to 10k, I downloaded Ju-Ju’s plan and I’m just about to start week 3 tomorrow with the 7k run. I’m looking forward to seeing how that goes. Any advice is welcome

Oooh exciting! Ju-ju’s plan is fab and I’m sure you’ll do well on it. My one piece of advice is to slow your pace right down. No need for speed here, you are in the endurance game now. 😁 If I ever find myself going too fast I sing (yes, even in public). That slows me right down! 😂 Enjoy. 👍
That’s what I liked about the plan, it looks totally achievable. I felt like I was cheating when I only ran 3.5k yesterday 😂. Thanks for the tip on speed, it doesn’t feel like I’m going too fast but I’d probably get exhausted at longer distances. I’ll take it nice and steady on the longer runs and save the speed for the short one 👍🏼
Well I did the 7k of week 3 today. I figured I’d tackle the longest run first that way if I had a bad run or just wasn’t feeling it I could do one of the shorter runs and attempt the 7k again. It went well although I can’t get the hang of pacing myself yet. It felt like I was going slower than normal but it was still probably too fast
