There is a Bridge to 10k app or there is Jujus Magic Plan I’m here. Either is good.
Juju includes stuff for alternate days but the App has music for you to run too.
I have done both ( return after injury) and they are both great.
Just search for Jujus Magic Plan and you should find it ok
