Really interesting discussion further down. Great ideas to warm up before and get the heart rate going etc but ultimately we are always going to feel that increased demand before our body adapts. For me, I think the answer is the way we mentally manage that too...and I love this quote! Maybe it will help others with their mindset? 🙂
