7.33k at my fastest pace yet 6.27 and a PB for 2 miles at 20.24 and a 5k at 31.58. I am so grateful to the rain and cooler morning. Have a lovely day everybods! Tis Friday after all

Ahhh the lovely cooling rain. It’s wonderful isn’t it CCM? I’m hoping that tomorrow’s PR is rainy too, but not tooo much wind.

Thank you Cheeky! To be honest I was close to giving up with the migraines and horrible runs...it's only the lovely people on this forum that kept me going so a really big thank you to everyone!

Thanks Princess! I only wish it would rain every time I run as I suffer in the sun..but then I do like to sit in the garden in the sun with a nice G&T lol!

To be honest I wasn't running for pace today..Friday is my happy music run day but I had made a new playlist of my very favorites and ran a bit of a different route. I think the sniff of a sub 30min 5k is preferable to the sniff of myself when I was done! Have a happy weekend Heavyfoot. I hope the legs continue to behave!
