Went out on my local 5k 'pavement pounder' this afternoon and really enjoyed my run, especially as I am now off for a week (half term). 🙂 Happy running and good luck to everyone taking part in events this bank holiday weekend - enjoy!👍😀

Good luck on Monday! I’m running it too but I’ve picked up a niggle in my knee so I am taking it easy over the weekend. I was hoping to beat last years time but I will be happy just to make it round.
