Having completed C25K and Bridge 2 10K, I spent the winter skiing, and what a season it was, absolutely wonderful. Anyhow, it’s time to get back into running. It’s been difficult here, with a foot of snow even down in the valley. I decided to start again with C25K, and began with week 2. Completed week 6 this afternoon and actually ran 30 minutes with no problems.

Last summer I got up to 10k at the end of August, so hopefully I can get back to that before long.

Running was tricky this winter, see above!

Anyhow, just checking in. Good luck with whatever your goals are everyone.

Here’s to a great running season too. You’ll soon pick up where you left off. Are you back in the UK at all this summer?

Good luck! 🏃 🏃 🏃

Hey Mike 👋🏽 👋🏽 👋🏽!

Good to see you’re back! 😁 An amazingly beautiful photo as usual. Clearly not running weather! 😲 I guess it’s just a fact that there’s a running season for you. But, it sounds like there’s been plenty of enjoyment during the ski season. ❤️

Nice to see you back! I managed to keep running till Christmas then grandparent childcare kicked in full time! Still out when I can though - running 5k or 30 min. You’ll soon overtake me again!

Nice to see you back again Mike, and I’m sure you’ll find you get back to 10k pretty quickly. When were you able to get you running shoes back on?

So nice for you to be able to ski all winter, our 16 days in Colorado seems so long ago now
