So this afternoon I thought I'd give these strength πͺ class-things a go.
Here's what I did:
15 squats
30 secs plank
30 secs side plank
30 secs other-side plank
15 squat thrusts
20 plank walks (first 10 right arm down first, latter 10 left arm down first)
x 3
I've not felt this, um, well, impacted I suppose, since I did Zumba Strong classes.
If this hasn't done anything for me then I'll be amazed. I guess it would be like when you sometimes wake up with the feeling of a hangover when you know last night you drank 0% alcohol - isn't that annoying!
I'll definitely be doing this again, though it brings a different meaning to 'rest' days - I definitely don't feel rested right now π
