This morning I went for a run and 10 minutes in, I had to stop. Turns out morning runs aren't for me! I tried before and was never happy with my performance and today, the same again. I don't know whether it's due to the lack of food, lack of energy, the morning sun perhaps?
I don't quite know what it is but I just don't like it. So I gave up 1.2k in and walked the rest (probably did around 3k in total).
Unsure of whether to try again tomorrow evening or go to the gym for the treadmill this afternoon. Slightly disappointed.

That’s a shame Bethan. I think I’d be the same in the afternoon/evening, as I’m definitely a morning runner.
If you’d like to try again, could you go ‘tech free’ and go for a pressure free run, keeping it really slow, at least until you’ve done the Toxic 10? You might find you quite enjoy it after all! Also have a little snack (a banana or something) beforehand so you aren’t running on empty.
Hey Bethan don’t beat yourself up. I love morning runs but find evenings really hard and the treadmill a nightmare..... do what suits you and what’s achievable - otherwise you won’t want to do it. Good luck 😉👍🏎
