Supposed to do 2nd 8k today following ju ju,s magic plan, but felt good so went for the 10. Clenched the butt. Pumped the arms and snailed 🐌it (thanks old floss) in 1 hour 18 mins .

Was also massively inspired by all the 10k runners yesterday.

Same for me! Was planning to run 8km having done 7.5 last long run and because of bad map reading and being so close, I went to 10km. Took me 1h21 so similar to you.
