Decided to run my 3rd 10K distance this morning, and the shortest of the “bridges” loops near to home. There are quite a few organised races doing a slightly longer loop route that I might consider entering in the future, so this was a good trial for those perhaps in the autumn. Very happy with the time although have developed a slight knee niggle which I’m hoping will go with rest this week 🙄

Another sub 60 minutes 10K for you HinchleyMum, well done, onwards and upwards and who knows once you run those organised races in the future you with further training might get your 10K time down to 50 minutes.

Well done. 🎉👏🏼🎉 And quick! I used to live at KoT, so this brought back happy memories. Not running ones, however. 😄
