So Iβve completed c25k and continue to run 2-3 times a week, joined my local running club, joined a yoga class and now ....... itβs tap dancing time πππ
They are all good forms of exercise for the body, mind & soul right?
I thought they will all complement each other and keep me fit.

Glad you like your other pastimes like yoga and tap dancing and it's good that you have joined your local running club. π If you want your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated π π π
This is Bridge to 10K, I assume that you have the word Graduate next to your username on the C25K Community page, however, to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE10 next to your username you have to run a 10K to qualify, it can be on your own or at many of the 10K events there are all over the UK. π
