Following ju-ju's plan I ran 10K this morning and what an awesome feeling it was to complete the distance.
Can't quite believe I can run for 10K without stopping, back in September last year I could only run for 15-20 seconds before needing to stop and catch my breath, so I started C25K in October and the rest is history, so a big thanks to all who have given me the help and support on my running journey.
Also, thanks to ju-ju for an awesome 10K plan.

Well done Andy, and in a really good time too. Your calorie consumption has left loads of room for a proper celebrationππΎπ₯π₯πΊππππ₯
Amazing what you can achieve in 7 months, from C25K at first struggling with week 1's 60-second run's to now running a sub 60 minute 10K in 55.46, what a wonderful achievement, congratulations.
Thanks very much, AlMorr...just goes to show that the 5K and 10K plans work, at the beginning I never thought it was possible, but it just goes to show what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.
PS as you have now ran a 10K, if you wish to have the word "Graduate10" next to your username, leave a message on the right-hand side of the May Healthunlocked 'Graduate10' Homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran the 10K distance.
Woohoo Andy, massive congratulations on your amazing 10k! π Grin all day, be proud, tell people all about it and celebrate with something tasty! ππππ π
