Biding my time...๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ™„

My knees are feeling a lot better following my getting a bit carried away on my new Maxiclimber the other week! ๐Ÿ™„ I bought it to help improve my running and ended up on the injury couch! Never mind - lesson learned and I will go more carefully 'next' time! Hoping to go out for a short run a bit later in the week to see if my knees have forgiven me! In the meantime, it has been lovely reading all the recent posts on here - just can't wait to be back out there myself again, too! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

Oh no! I do hope you are able to have a run soon. I have not heard of a Maxi climber?

It's a vertical climber and I used to use them a lot at the gym when my knees were, err, a lot younger! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ™‚

Now that's just not fair! What are the running Gods thinking?! Was too warm to properly enjoy a run this weekend anyway, so your knees have saved you a real Sweaty Betty run :) Hope they're fighting fit for a enjoyable run very soon.
