First officially timed 10K

Ran my first officially timed 10K yesterday, happy to report that the training runs from following trainasone seem to be proving effective.

Chip time: 55:01!

The course was undulating around country lanes near a little village called Whitley just off the A49 outside Warrington, really pleasant actually and definitely intend to run it again next year! 👍🏻
