Hi lovely running people, most of March was wiped out with a cold and a virus that left me feeling like I had a flat battery. No energy to run. I managed to run 15 minutes last week, stopping for a rest after each 5, and then went out again on Thursday. Well, I managed to run, with two little walking sections when I started to struggle, for 30 minutes. 4k, which I'm very happy about, although I didn't achieve much else for the rest of the day! Also a true gent out walking his dog stood to the side (the dog sat gazing up at him without moving a muscle) until I ran past them. They had to wait quite a while, bless them! I managed to gasp out a thank you. Anyway, I told you all this and the post disappeared, so trying again π€Oh, and I've signed up for JuJu's magic 10 on the back of this! Eek!
