Hello all! I just finished week 1 run 1. I felt it was too easy because I just finished the 5 k program. I don’t want to get cocky, please keep me grounded.

Welcome, don’t worry about week 1 being a bit easier than the end of C25K. As the long runs get longer it will get more challenging. As most of us have such busy lives the 2 shorter runs are ideal for fitting into the week or many people do the 5k as a regular Park Run.

You will be grateful for the shorter run as you progress Connie. 😎 Well done for starting and it does work and get you to 10k injury free.

Good luck with Week 2😊x
