Yes it’s great. But I didn’t quite follow it properly - I was slack with my interval runs and my strength exercises. So I’m going to try to do it again properly with the aim of reducing my 5k time. I need to be strict with myself 😆

Ps I was the same.... V lax with the strengthening exercises and others when i did it. Tried to complete again.. then bad hamstring.
