Back to repeating the C25k programme, but this time in a sub group of the independent green gym group which has been named the Penrhos Streakers.

A small group of five, which will grow.

The existing members are so pleased they have chosen to give this gift of running to themselves.

I am just so grateful to get back to Trotting following my longish lay off.

Cannot believe the pleasure in doing this in a group.

Our mantra and Floss’s tried and tested HealthUnlocked mantra, is just never questioned.I have noticed however that the group’s pace is just quicker, seamlessly smooth and supportively just pleasurable.

It’s early days and I have initially tried to impart all the wisdom on here in a few short papers until the group pick up there own HealthUnlocked support.

I cannot believe how pleasurable this is and I am going to commit to anyone from our green gym group who decides to give themselves the C25k gift every assistantance required.

Onwards and upwards.

Every good wish to all on here with their journeys.

This C25k programme is just so the best ever gift you can give to your health.

I guess I should have posted this on C25k.Old habits and all that, next time, do not have the teckie smarts to redirect it.🙈🤔😂😂

👊💥🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌟🌟👏👏

Hi Tbae, glad to hear that you are enjoying your running or rerunning the C25K program with your running group. I have been running a little while going my long walks but probably next month on my "runiversary" I'll rerun some of C25K starting with week 3
