I had on my to do list, long run. Tail end of Gareth put paid to that. Managed 4k as I was running up and down the church drive, it was sheltered. Not right to be trotting past funeral party.
My offspring clubbed together to buy me AfterShokz. I will be running in the morning, to try them. Loving Hall and Oates you make my dreams ( come true)

I had my own silent disco in the kitchen after a few glasses of wine. I could not fit in a run this morning. I opened my emails and rather wished I had not taken the day off so came in early.

I was planning to get some aftershokz today, I'm just not sure how they will feel under a hat, plus a head torch.....
I think you will be fine. The bit at the back sits low towards your neck not snug to the back of your head and the speakers in my case level with the ear canal. My head torch is now in the draw, as it is light enough in the morning now.
Unfortunately I have not had chance to take them out for a run. I ran through Freya and Gareth, but now Hannah is here for the day. Running whilst soaked has made my knees ache, that has not happened since early days of C25k
I really like them btw. The headphones not storms.
Oh thank you for telling me this. I have tried various headphones, but they all have some issues. Or perhaps that's me🤣🤣
I had to have the silicon blob off the end of ear phones removed from my ear as a result of ramming it in my ear to ensure it stayed in place. I was not repeating that experience.
